The Andela Kigali StackUp Program
Software engineers who successfully complete the 5-month SUP will:
Through intensive learning, you’ll master the professional and technical skills you need to succeed as a software developer with the world’s top engineering teams.
We’ll do this in partnership, you bring a relentless desire to learn and level up and we’ll provide access to online resources, mentorship, and a community of passionate software developers to support you at every step of your journey.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Stage 1: Online Application

Stage 2: Technical Assessment
Once you submit your application, you’ll be directed to go through the challenges of the first two certifications of the FreecodeCamp Curriculum and to attempt one project per certification.
This is required to complete a technical assessment that will evaluate your knowledge of the content you’ve learned.
Stage 3: Interview and English Assessment
Based on your application and technical assessment, you may be invited to a remote interview made up of staff members and developers at Andela.
Stage 4: Onboarding and Andela Developer Challenge (ADC)
At this stage you’ll be on-boarded on the different remote work tools you’ll be using for the rest of the program and the ADC. This period will last one week and will also include a team skills session and integrity session.
Stage 5: Roll up phase
Candidates will participate in a two-week, simulated development sprint led by senior Andela developers. The two weeks are fully remote comprised of self-learning and product development sessions. You’ll be expected to learn independently as well as with remote teams to deliver the final project. We’re looking for work ethic, passion, and teamwork.
Stage 6: Project Phase
Successful candidates at this stage will participate in the final 12-weeks of the program, the following technical skills will be covered;
